Hi, I am a new player and was wondering if anyone wanted to go out and throw the frisbee around this week.... I have Thursday and Friday off work, Thursday looks a bit rainy though so Friday might be better. I have never played so I would like any tips anyone might have for me, or if there is another new player we can figure it out together.

Hey Kendra! Welcome to the DUC!
Best thing i can suggest is keep looking at the forums here for "pick up" or "scrimmages" posted. The fields are still a bit on the crappy side as we havent really had some nice days to harden them up, but there are still some weekend scrimmages that you can join in and learn a thing or two.
Thursday scrimmages should be starting up soon hopefully when the fields at Henry are a bit nicer... They have a tendance to get Destroyed at the end of the season.. Damn Flag Football Players..

| I could go out Saturday earlier, have to work at 3:30. and I am working again afternoons on Tuesday so that is not looking good. Shift work sucks..... |
