Long time DUC Team - the Geri's (for Geriatrics) are looking for more players.
We have lost a number of players to "retirement" and other commitments and would like to fortify our Team and perhaps look for a "youth movement" (youth is relative on our Team - under 40 ...)
Might be good for single players, a couple or "remains" of a fading Team. Ideally looking for 3-4 new players in total (partic need women!!)
We play in B league but aren't focused on skill so much as relaxed attitude to the game and a willingness to simply show up and have fun!!
If you have played Geri's you know we have many solid players and most of them are returning. We just need more bodies to fill out the side to save our aging bodies from undue stress from playing full games with no subs.

We have had a good recruiting push but could still use another player or 2.

Not sure if you are full as of yet.
I'm in need of a team and have strong handle skills and game knowledge. Have played since '92 in TUC and the last two years in DUC bouncing from one team to another. |

Thanks for your note - right now I think Geris is "full" but there are a number of people who have said they are in but not yet paid so spaces may become available over the next week or so. In the meantime, I would suggest you keep looking for other Teams but should a space open up I will be back in touch.
