The Ontario Ultimate Championship Regional Tournament was held in Barrie July 11-12, 2015. This was the qualifying tournament for the Canadian Ultimate Championship tournament which is being held this year in Winnipeg August 10-16!
Backdraft had a strong showing, finishing in third place behind Union (Toronto) and Raft (Ottawa) and the team will be traveling to Winnipeg to represent Ontario at CUC!
Durham was well represented in the Mixed Division!
Rising Tide, the Backdraft developmental team gained some valuable experience playing at their first ever Regional tournament! Legen-dairy had a good tournament, finishing 9th and Kristy Seminsky is also Winnipeg bound with NoBS who finished fourth. |
