In our last game a marker was using his hands to try and block my vision (Face Gaurding). Upon notifying the marker that this is acctually not allowed (no foul called), the marker had some choice words and accused me of "making up rules".
Here in fact is the rule.
It States;
XIV. The Marker (paragraph F)
Deliberately blocking a throwers vision is a violation by the marker and can only be called by the thrower.
