Hi,
I'm looking for a new team or teams, competitive or rec, to play with on Sunday evenings for the summer. This summer will (hopefully) be my 9th summer playing Ultimate and playing DUC. Unfortunately for me, my old 5pm team is folding and I don't think my 7pm team is putting in a bid.
In addition to DUC summers and Sunday winters, I have also been playing TUC summer and winter rec/int for the last two years, where I have been working on my handling skills. I feel quite comfortable playing handler at that level now.
Defensively, in a zone mid-mid is my favourite spot, but I can play any position.
Going a few years' back I have captained or co-captained a few teams (Sonic Youth, Air Traffic Control). I have coached DUC youth league in years past. I enjoy coaching and developing players. I like to keep things positive and I practically plan my life around Ultimate (I show up to games).
