The drop in program at the civic started up a few weeks ago, and the city recently told me that they've been considering cancelling it for the Fall session because of low attendance.
I told them that the fall outdoor ultimate season just ended up, and most players wouldn't be diving into Saturday indoors until it got colder outside.
Anyways, it is still on, and I know it will pick up as the season rolls along, but if you're looking for a throw around or a game on an upcoming Saturday, it'd be a good thing to keep this deal alive ($6.64 for 55 minutes of full size indoor fields).
Halloween Saturday may be a bad weekend to try and rally the troops, but definitely keep it marked on your calendars in the upcoming weeks.

Is this still happening? How many people were there this week? I may want to use next Saturday as tryout for my high school team |

I believe Pat was planning on going last night - I'd check with him. Otherwise call the Civic and ask for Annie Pade - she manages the drop in schedule and can tell you for sure whether it is a go or not this week (and also probably how much field space to expect). |

I went on Sat 11/4 - we had 12 people - played 5 on 5 with a sub on each side. Would be great to get more people out! |

Is there enough space on a Saturday night for a game and for another small group just to get some throws in? I don't want the intensity of a game the night before double games on Sunday, but I would like to come out every other week if possible and get some light running in while working on my handling. |

Last week there would have been space. We only played on about 60% of the field. |
