Today in a game a female subbed on for a male this lead to confusion on the field due to the fact the team playing D(that didn’t make the sub) was not aware that this was going to happen. What occurred due to this sub a goal for the team that subbed with the opposite gender. The male playing D did not see the change occur and was looking for a male on the field when the goal was scored by the female that subbed on.
After the goal the team that was scored on thought there was too many players which there was not. Goal counted.
I believe that before the game the team that will have 3 ladies on instead of 2 ladies should let the other team know.
Not saying that they wouldn’t have scored but what I am saying is that there would have been someone playing defence rather than an uncovered player because the defence was in aware that this sub occurred. |

I kind of see where you're coming from, but I disagree with what you're saying. Basically you want to put the onus on the other team to help your team figure out the defense they should play. The indoor rules say nothing about notifying the other team if you decide to play with more women. |
