We had such a great time at our last clinic that we decided to do it again!! This clinic is for ALL women (skill level is irrelevant!). Come on out and enjoy the positive learning atmosphere!!
This clinic includes a focused theme and a scrimmage.

VC Ultimate has sent us some sweet giveaways to support our upcoming Women's Skills Clinic (Feb 1)!! We can't wait!
Our clinic outline includes instruction and practice drills on:
- marking,
- body positioning to make defending a cutter easier, and
- offensive cutting so that you can play smart.
These fundamental skills are applicable to any skill level! We will also be scrimmaging to practice the skills in a game setting... and also because it is just amazing to play women's Ultimate!
