For weeks our team Flick This has been practicing every Wednesday along with several other people from other teams as well as several other people who are new to the game..
On behalf of my teams, and everyone else out there on Wednesdays nights running their butts off, i would like to extend the invite to ANYONE who might be interested in coming out and handling the disc a bit more on a weekday night.

Easiest way for anyone to get there... Take Rossland to Anderson Rd. in Whitby. Head North on Anderson Rd. until you get to the STOP SIGN!!!! Thats Dryden. Turn down Dryden school is on the right side.. Just go down to the back park, bring your gear and get running!
What is done!?
Usually we will start off by tossing the disc around.. Then running a drill or to for either offence or defense.. Then.. SCRIMMAGE!!!!! Usually try to break up into Colours and Darks... And Have a BLAST!! cause that's what its all about...
This is an OPEN practice so bring ANYONE who might be interested in the game, show them the ropes and meet a bunch of new people.

| Every Wednesday, 7pm.. i am usually there around 630-645 running and streatching. but we try to start practice around 7ish.. This way we can do drills for those who want to participate then get a fun scrimmage going. |

Tonite we had a HUGE Turnout!! The Cyclones brought a good number if not all of their team to the practice for a scrimmage and we had 16 people on our side! 2 hours of a fun scrimmage in mid-week in amazing weather! Who COuld ask for more!?
Due to a kids soccer team(sometimes two) we MAY move to the top soccer field if the number of people who show up to practice is around this same number. Its behind the tennis courts.... So if you show up around 7ish.. Look for the frisbees flying around.. If you see a bunch of little kids running around, FEAR NOT! we are likely at the far field 
So feel free if your bored on a Wednesday evening to show up! Bring friends, people who have never played before! Its fun! Least i hope everyone is having fun!!!

i was gonna pop by with a friend and check out the one last night, but the rain/weather made for a change of plans. perhaps next Wed. will be better. i look forward to it, thanks for posting it.
