This membership registration is for players who will be 19 years or older this calendar year.
The membership fee of $30 + HST($3.90) that you are about to purchase will cover you for the summer, fall and indoor leagues. Please have your credit card ready.
Below this text area you will see the link to a DUC - Adult Release Waiver Indemnity document.Please read the waiver and be prepared to check off a box, later in the registration, indicating that you agree with the waiver. You do not need to print the document since we will be collecting your approval during the online registration.
If you are buying memberships for more than one person please make sure that they have read the waiver and have given you permission to check on their behalf.
