This discounted membership registration is for players 16 and under as of Dec 31st of last year. If you will be turning 18 this calendar year then you must purchase the adult membership. This registration should be completed by a legal parent or guardian who wishes to sign their child up for the high school league, an adult league or to play on a DUC competitive junior team such as STUD, Camp X or Nightfury. Please note that to play in an adult league youth must be in high school.

The membership fee of $17.70 + HST($2.30) that you are about to purchase will cover your child for the summer, fall and indoor Adult leagues. Please have your credit card ready.

You do not need to print the document since we will be collecting your approval during the online registration.
