This discounted membership registration is for players 18 and under as of Dec 31st of this year. If you will be turning 19 this calendar year then you must purchase the adult membership. If you are playing for one of the junior competitive teams (Stud, CampX, Nightfury/Soars) you must purchase this membership.

This registration should be completed by a legal parent or guardian who wishes to sign their child up for the high school league or an adult league. Please note that to play in an adult league youth must be in high school.

The membership fee of $17.70 + HST($2.30) that you are about to purchase will cover your child for the summer, fall and indoor Adult leagues. Please have your credit card ready.

Please print and sign the attached file "participant agreement" and bring it to the first practice or game.
